Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank’s manager Yogesh Poudyal has also given a statement. Paudyal has also given statement before the police in connection with the Rs 48 crore fraud case of Prabhu Bank.
Prabhu Bank’s manager Yogesh Poudel has stated that he was not directly involved in the loan approval and disbursement process of Rs 480 million issued by Prabhu Bank in the name of Asian Village Resort Pvt Ltd.
In the document related to the incident, Poudel has stated that he is working as a manager in the Central Operation Department of Prabhu Bank.
According to him, the department will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the bank’s branches. He said that he has been working in Prabhu Bank for about 16 years and has been working in the Central Operation Department since mid-2082 BS.
The CIB has also recorded statements of six other bankers, including five bankers, who have been booked in connection with the Rs 48 crore fraud case.
Dipendra Babu Bista working in the marketing department of the bank and 6 other bankers have also given statements in the case of Prabhu Bank.
