Kathmandu. Siddhartha Capital Limited is going to issue a unit of Siddhartha Equity Fund 2. The company is going to issue a unit of Siddhartha Equity Fund 2.
The company has issued 100 million units worth Rs 1 billion at the face value of Rs 10 per unit. Out of the total offered units, the minimum 1.50 crore units have been opened for the fund holder Siddhartha Bank and the remaining 8.50 crore units have been opened for the general public.
Applications can be submitted for this scheme from a minimum of 100 to 1 crore units till May 7. If the units are not fully sold, the application will be open till May 18.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Investors can apply for the C-ASBA service from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and through participating banks and financial institutions.
