Arrest warrant issued against chairman of Nepal Investment Mega Bank

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIBL) has issued arrest warrants against its chairman Prithvi Bahadur Pandey and other directors of the bank. An arrest warrant has been issued against them for illegally auctioning the property of Smart Cell.

Police had gone to the court on Friday to get an arrest order against them.

It is understood that the police have sought permission from the court to issue arrest warrants against a total of 11 people.TAG_OPEN_div_33 The police are now searching for them. Chairman Prithvi Bahadur Pandey is currently abroad.
