Kathmandu. Global IME Bank has decided to merge and relocate its branches. The bank has taken this decision to make the operation of the service more effective for some branches within the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
After the merger, the customers of the respective branches will be able to avail all banking services from the designated branch. The bank has already published a notice through daily newspapers and informed its customers.
The branches in Kathmandu and Lalitpur districts will be merged as
- Gyaneshwor & Sano Gauchar Branch – Integration at Dnyaneshwar, service operated from Sano Gauchar (about 550 meters away)
- New Baneshwor & Shankhamul Branch – Integration at New Baneshwor, service operated from Shankhamul (200 m)
- Indrachowk & Asan Branch – Integration at Indrachowk, Service Operated from Asan (750 m)
- Bafal Kalanki & Kalanki Branch – Integration at Bafal Kalanki, service operated from Kalanki (about 1 km)
- Khumaltar & Satdobato Branch – Integration at Khumaltar, service operated from Satdobato (850 m)
- Dhobighat & Ekantakuna Branch – Integration at Dhobighat, service operated from Ekantakuna (1.7 km)
- Sundhara Lalitpur & Bhainsipati Branch – Sundhara Lalitpur Integration, service operated from Bhainsipati (3 km)
- Kumaripati & Lagankhel Branch – Integration at Kumaripati, service operated from Lagankhel (650 m)
