Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has started its nursing room and day-care service. Issuing a notice, the bank said that it has started the nursing room and day-care service at the central office, Darbamarmarg, prioritizing the comfort, respect and privacy of the female staff.
The bank has established the Child Care Room and Day Care with the aim of providing a safe, comfortable, hygienic and confidential environment to the lactating female employees.
The care room was inaugurated by Mahalaxmi Women Leadership and Development Forum Chairperson.
The bank has been prioritizing inclusivity and gender equality. This initiative is a continuation of the Bank’s long-term commitment to promote motherhood, work-life balance and well-being by building an employee friendly, family-friendly and inclusive work culture.
