Kathmandu. Mr. Pawan Kumar Acharya has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sanima Bank. He has been appointed CEO for the next 4 years.
Acharya, who lives in Lalitpur with a permanent address in Lalitpur, has 21 years of experience in the banking sector of Sanima Bank since its inception in 2060 BS. Currently, he has been serving as the Deputy CEO of Sanima Bank.
Prior to this, he had a good experience as the head of the department in all ten departments of the bank. He specializes in loan appraisal, digitalization and project financing. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sanima Capital, a subsidiary of Sanima Bank. He also has four years of experience in Production Engineer and five years in Visiting Faculty.
Acharya holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Pittsburgh State University, USA. He also secured the third rank in the nationwide SLC examination from Adarsha Vidya Mandir High School. The bank believes that the bank will be able to reach greater heights of success during his tenure.
