स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको पहिलो कार्यकाल समाप्त भएपछि पनि सोही व्यक्तिलाई दोस्रो कार्यकालका लागि पुनः स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको रूपमा नियुक्त गरिएको। पुनः नियुक्त गरिएका स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकले सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा निरन्तर उपस्थित भई निर्णय प्रक्रियामा सहभागिता जनाएको। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्थलगत निरीक्षणका क्रममा आधार दर (Base Rate) गणनासम्बन्धी कार्यविधि, २०७६ बमोजिम गणना गर्नुपर्ने कर्जाको आधारदरलाई बैंकको निर्देशन विपरीत आफ्नै तजबिजले एकै महिनामा पटक–पटक Core Banking System मार्फत परिवर्तन गरेको पाइयो।
