Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank has put its promoter shares up for sale. The bank has issued 14.75 million units of shares.
A total of 1,372,878 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The interested promoter shareholders can submit their application form to the bank’s head office at Babarmahal, Kathmandu within the stipulated date.
The bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
