Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up for sale of its promoter shares. The microfinance company has started selling its promoter shares from April 17.
The company has issued 1,05,807 units of shares in the name of its three promoter shareholders.
The company has put the shares up for sale so that only the existing promoter shareholders can buy them.
The promoter shareholders of the company who are interested in purchasing the shares can apply in writing to the corporate office of the company in Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
