Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Suman Sharma has been released on bail. The CEO of the bank has been released on a bail of two lakhs.
The hearing was held at the Parsa District Court on Tuesday. Sharma’s case was heard in the bench of Justice Devi Kumari Chaudhary.
The criminal case against Sharma was registered on September 1 and the court allowed his arrest on September 2. However, he was involved in the work of the bank for some time and later went to Parsa on forced leave.
He surrendered to appear before the court. He has now been released. Now CEO Suman Sharma will sit outside and fight the case.
