Kathmandu. Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has joined NCHL’s EFT for e-commerce transactions. Rastriya Banijya Bank in collaboration with Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has launched 3D Secure ACS service for e-commerce transactions.
After the launch of this service, the debit and credit cardholders of Rastriya Banijya Bank will be able to do e-commerce transactions in a more secure manner.
The 3D Secure ACS solution is a secure way to verify and verify customer identity while doing e-commerce transactions in a more secure way. To use this service, the cardholders of the bank have to enable this feature once in their card.
According to the bank, this initiative will make the growing e-commerce transaction more secure and will further encourage the customers to transact online. Under the NCHL-EFT service, ACS has been providing card related services such as card issuance, transaction acquisition, transaction processing and settlement, e-commerce payment gateway, card personalization to its member banks and financial institutions.
Currently, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Everest Bank, Muktinath Bikas Bank, Garima Bikas Bank, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, Citizens Bank, Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Machhapuchchhre Bank, Prabhu Bank, Prime Commercial Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Jyoti Bikash Bank, Lumbini Bikas Bank, Shangrila Development Bank, etc. can do e-commerce transactions through NCHL’s ACS solution.
