Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Laghubitta Bittiya Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up for sale of its promoter shares. The microfinance company has put up the promoter shares for the general public to buy.
The company has put up 2,000 units of shares in the name of its promoter shareholders. The company had earlier issued a 35-day notice to the existing promoter shareholders of the company, but after no application was received from them, the shares are now open to the public.
The interested buyers can apply for the shares within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the central office of the company, Banepa-7, Kavrepalanchowk.
