Kathmandu. The Parsa District Court will hear the case of Suman Sharma, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prabhu Bank, on Tuesday. Sharma’s case is heard in the bench of Justice Devi Kumari Chaudhary.
The debate will be held on whether Sharma should be sent to custody for investigation or released on bail and general date.
Sharma, who fled to Parsa after the arrest warrant was issued, surrendered before the Parsa District Court on October 20. See also:
