Prabhu Bank CEO Suman Sharma arrested by police

Kathmandu. Suman Sharma, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prabhu Bank, has been found to be in the custody of the police. After the surrender of the bank’s CEO Sharma, he has been in the custody of the police.

According to information obtained by bankingsansar.com, Sharma, who had fled from Kathmandu to Parsa after an arrest warrant was issued against him, surrendered to him.

A case of cheating and breach of trust was filed against four people, including Sharma, in a loan dispute related to the then Sunrise Bank. The case was prosecuted after he failed to appear when he was called to testify during the investigation and the court then allowed his arrest.

He surrendered before the District Court Parsa on October 20. See also:
