Kathmandu. Police have taken statement of Anuj Manandhar, assistant manager of Prime Commercial Bank, in connection with the loan case issued to Smart Telecom.
Manandhar has stated that he has been working as a junior officer in the loan section of Prime Commercial Bank since 2011 BS and is now working as an assistant manager.TAG_OPEN_p_23
KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has filed a case of fraud, organized crime and banking offense against the CEO, Chairman and Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank.
In this case filed after a long investigation by CIB, the police have claimed that Ncell had auctioned the property of Smart Cell in collusion with Nepal Investment Bank.
