KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has filed a case of fraud, organized crime and banking offense against the CEO, Chairman and Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank.
In the case filed after a long investigation by the CIB, the police have claimed that Ncell auctioned the property of the government-owned Smart Cell in collusion with Nepal Investment Bank.
