Kathmandu. The police have also recorded the statement of the head of the loan department of Nepal Investment Mega Bank. Police have also recorded statements of Pramod Acharya, senior manager of loan department at Nepal Investment Mega Bank’s head office, in connection with the illegal auction of government-owned properties.
KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has filed a case of fraud, organized crime and banking offense against the CEO, Chairman and Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank.
In this case filed after a long investigation by CIB, the police have claimed that Ncell had auctioned the property of Smart Cell in collusion with Nepal Investment Bank.
The police have also taken statement of Pramod Acharya, head of loan department of Nepal Investment Mega Bank, in connection with the case. See his statement to the police as follows:
