Kathmandu. Gorkhas Finance Limited has started selling its promoter shares from today. The company has issued 2,000 units of shares in the name of its promoter Yam Bahadur Pun.
The company has given first priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the company for the purchase of the shares.
The existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The interested bidders can apply to the post through the prescribed format at the company’s head office at Charkhal Road, Dilli Bazar, Kathmandu.
