Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has participated in the Nepal Real Estate and Construction Exhibition 2083. The bank has participated in the ninth edition of Nepal Real Estate and Construction Exhibition 2083 being held at Bhrikutimandap from September 1 to September 18.
The expo is being jointly organized by Nepal Federation of Land and Housing Development Federation and Nepal Land and Housing Development Association (NGHDA).
According to the bank, the bank has partnered with the bank to expand financial access to the housing and construction sector by providing simple, easy and competitive financial services as per the needs of the customers.
Currently, the bank is providing real estate purchase and home construction loans at the most competitive interest rate among development banks.
On this occasion, the bank will also provide a special discount on administrative fees. Currently, the bank’s base rate for the month of September is 5.64 percent, which can be directly availed by the customers taking loans for the purchase of real estate and house construction.
