Kathmandu. Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up selling its promoter shares. The microfinance company has issued more than 84,500 units of promoter shares.
A total of 84,537 units of shares of the promoter group of the microfinance company have been put up for auction on June 7.
Any person and organization can bid for the purchase of the shares. The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 515 per share. This means that you will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1,000 units and maximum 10 units of shares.
The bid can be submitted till 3:00 pm on June 20 at Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
