Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited is celebrating its 19th Anniversary with a grand celebration called “Citizen’s Digital Month”. On the occasion of its 19th anniversary, the bank is all set to launch its 19th Anniversary Celebration Campaign 2083 “Citizen’s Digital Month Celebration”.
The various programs and discounts that will be conducted throughout the month of Baisakh 2083 will provide special discounts on various services and facilities to its customers.
During the period, the bank’s customers will get a discount of 19 percent of the transaction amount or up to a maximum of Rs 190 on the transaction amount if they activate their inactive debit card through POS or e-commerce transaction.
According to the bank, customers with inactive business QR will get a cash back of up to 19 percent of the transaction amount, a certain percentage discount on transaction fee for installing POS machines in hotels and restaurants, 50 percent on annual fees if they request locker facility through mobile banking or Digi Bank.
The company offers Rs 100 cash back on referral of new family members to their new account and Rs 200 cash back on payment of international remittance through mobile banking.
To celebrate the anniversary and promote digital transactions, the bank has announced a 50% discount on the first year’s fees to promote digital payments on its Citizens FonePay Credit Card.
Recently, the bank launched a new saving account, ‘Citizens Gen-G Savings Account’ and Citizens Digi Bank Sewa, an integrated online platform.
