Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank to Sell Its Promoter Shares

Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has put its promoter shares up for sale. The bank has issued 19,803 units of shares in the name of various promoter shareholders.

The bank has given first priority to the existing promoter shareholders of the bank for the purchase of the shares.

The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of advertisement.

The interested bidders can apply to the post through the bank’s central office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
