Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced a dividend for the financial year 2082-83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has decided to distribute 5.26 percent dividend on the current paid-up capital of the bank.
This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. After the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank, the dividend will be approved by the upcoming annual general meeting and distributed to the shareholders.
