Prime Commercial Bank’s net profit crosses Rs 4 billion, earnings per share up by Rs 3.13 billion. (with details)

Kathmandu. Prime Commercial Bank has released its financial statements. The bank has published its financial statements for the fourth quarter of the last FY.

During the period, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 4.11 billion. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 3.20 billion in the same period last year. This is 28.49 percent more than now.

Similarly, the bank’s net interest income increased by 3.30 percent, net fee and commission income by 15.05 percent, operating income by 5.82 percent and operating profit by 26.94 percent.

According to the statement made public by the bank, the bank’s earnings per share increased by Rs 3.13 to Rs 19.63 and distributable earnings per share was Rs 9.10.

Meanwhile, the bank’s impairment charge has been reduced from Rs 2.72 billion to Rs 1.73 billion. During the period, the bank has a net worth per share of Rs 175.80 and P/E ratio of 12.22 times.

Deposits of Prime Commercial Bank increased by 5.46 percent and loans and loans by 8.29 percent.
