Kathmandu. Rudra Banjara, the company secretary of Sanima Bank, has been found to have threatened an ordinary shareholder of the bank. The company secretary Banjara has filed a police complaint with the shareholder Angaraj Bharti and threatened to ‘break his limbs’.
According to Bharti, the company had called the mobile number of the company secretary Banjara to queries related to the bank’s annual general meeting and elections.
On September 6, at around 7:10 pm, there was a conversation of 2 minutes and 30 seconds, 20 seconds at 7:14 pm and an additional 32 seconds at the same time.
During the same conversation, Bharti claimed that Banjara had filed a police complaint with him and threatened to break his limbs. He also said that he had preserved the voice record of the conversation as evidence.
