Kathmandu. Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has acquired Win Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has acquired Win Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and will start an integrated transaction from September 21.
Issuing a notice, the company said that the integrated transaction will be started after the final approval from the concerned regulatory body after completing the necessary process related to acquisition.
The integrated transaction will be operated under the name of ‘Self-Employment Microfinance Financial Institution Limited’. See also:
