Kathmandu. NMB Bank’s preferred shares were listed on the NEPSE index on Thursday. NMB Bank has listed its ‘NMB Unredeemable Preferential Share’ worth Rs 3 billion on NEPSE.
A total of 3 crore units of preference shares of the bank have been listed at a face value of Rs 100. The bank has fixed the dividend rate at 8.25 per cent. It is distributed only in the year of profit.
Now, the preferential shares of NMB Bank will be traded from Wednesday.
