Kathmandu. The Department of Land Management and Archives has said that it has facilitated to resolve the problems seen in the online service related to real estate transactions carried out at the local level and the release of securities through banks and financial institutions.
The Department has sent a letter to the local level and Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) taking necessary decision after the implementation of the new system saw various technical and implementation-related problems at the local level and banks and financial institutions.
KATHMANDU: The Department of Land Management and Archive has facilitated the local levels to address the problems seen in real estate transactions and online transactions related to lifting the bond of securities through banks and financial institutions.
The Department has written to the local level and Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) taking necessary decision after problems were seen in the local level and banks and financial institutions in course of implementing the new system.
The Department has also prepared a list of minimum infrastructures after difficulties arose due to lack of necessary infrastructure for service delivery. So far, 225 local levels have been sent to the Department for providing land management services. Although preparations were made to start works by selecting 35 local levels in the first phase, service delivery has been hampered due to lack of necessary infrastructures.
