Kathmandu. Atmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced to pay dividend. The microfinance company has announced to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The company has declared 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The microfinance company has called its seventh annual general meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 7, 2083 to endorse the dividend proposal. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Ghorahi Sub-metropolis-15, Dang.
Along with the dividend proposal, the AGM will also endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor.
The microfinance company is closing its book for one day on April 10 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till April 25 will be able to receive the proposed dividend.
