Kathmandu. The promoter shares of Garima Bikas Bank are up for sale. The bank is issuing 63,200 units of shares.
Individuals and institutions other than existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the purchase of the shares.
The applicant has to submit the application within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the bank’s central office at Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
