Kathmandu. One person has been arrested in connection with the cheque dishonour case. The arrested has been identified as Pravita Bhandari Subedi.
Prabita Bhandari, 45, who was absconding after serving a two-year jail sentence, has been arrested on the charge of cheque bounce.
He was absconding after the Kavrepalanchowk District Court’s verdict dated 2074-11-15 ordered him to be imprisoned for 2 (two) years for the amount of Rs 2 million.
