However, there have been complaints that for some women employees working in the banking sector, this year’s Teej is spent in office work. The employees were dissatisfied after the bank management instructed them to be present in the office even on the day of Teej.
According to the women employees, even though the bank has to continue its service, it is not appropriate to call all the employees to the office on the day of the festival. A bank employee has expressed this complaint to the banking world on the condition of anonymity.
