Kathmandu. A man has been arrested in connection with a banking fraud case. The arrested is 46-year-old Mohan Kumar Giri.
Bajura District Kolti VDC Ward No. 3 Changed Budhinanda Municipality Ward No. He is currently a resident of Tokha Municipality Ward No. 2 of Kathmandu. He is a resident of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 7. 9 were arrested from the airport.
The Kathmandu District Court Babarmahal, Kathmandu on June 20 had sentenced the defendant to two years in jail for embezzling Rs 5.1 million. Mohan Kumar Giri was absconding after the verdict.
According to the notice sent by the police, {{TAG_OPEN_strong_9 TAG_CLOSE_strong_9}}} Giri has been produced before the Kathmandu District Court, Babarmahal, for the implementation of the verdict.
