Kathmandu. Dhaulagiri Laghubitta has called its shareholders for its seventh annual general meeting. The company has called the assembly at Community Resource Development Centre, Baglung Municipality-4, Upallachaur on May 5.
The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. The meeting will endorse the proposal along with the annual report of the last fiscal year 2081/82. Similarly, the remuneration will be determined by appointing an auditor for the current fiscal year.
Likewise, the meeting will appoint an accredited valuer to evaluate the movable and immovable assets and liabilities and transactions of this financial institution and other microfinance financial institutions, and authorize the committee to formulate a memorandum of understanding relating to merger or acquisition and to proceed with all the necessary processes in this regard.
The company will be closing the book on April 26 for the purpose of the meeting. Accordingly, only the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till April 9 will be able to participate in the AME.
