Kathmandu. NMB Bank has launched loop purchase credit and EMI services in collaboration with Cititech and Smart Choice Technologies. The bank has entered into a tripartite agreement with Cititech Group and Smart Choice Technologies (SCT) to join Loop Network as an ‘Issuer Bank’.
Through this collaboration, NMB Bank will facilitate its customers in easy access to loans and installments through digital medium.
According to the agreement, NMB Bank’s customers can avail instant purchase credit (loop credit) while purchasing goods from various shops and businesses that are part of the Loop network.
Additionally, customers will be able to easily convert payments made through their NMB debit card or QR into Monthly Installments (Loop EMIs). This feature will provide customers with instant access to finance, enabling them to make purchases, manage budgets, and experience simple payments.
NMB Bank has been providing banking services through a network of 197 branches, 176 ATMs and 9 extension counters across the country.
