The 212th meeting of the Microfinance Board of Directors held on September 12 unanimously appointed Khadka to the post.
Kshitij Khadka has been appointed as the chairman of the bank as per the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, Integrated Directive-2082 (2082) and Corporate Regulations of Nepal Rastra Bank.
