Kathmandu. Nepal Bhushan Shrestha has been appointed as the chairman of Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The 194th Board of Directors of the company held under the chairmanship of Senior Director Gyanu Krishna Adhikari unanimously appointed Nepal Bhusan Shrestha (representative of Prime Commercial Bank) as the Chairman of the bank.
He will formally take over as the chairman of Nepal Rastra Bank after taking oath of office and secrecy.
Similarly, Global IME Bank, the promoter shareholder, had sent the board of directors to the meeting with the bank’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Suman Pokhrel as a member.
