Everest Bank Conducts Financial Awareness Program

Kathmandu. Everest Bank has organized a financial awareness program. In coordination with Nepal Rastra Bank, like in the previous years, this year also Everest Bank organized a week-long financial literacy program across the country on the occasion of Global TAG_OPEN_strong_10 Money Week 2026 from March 2 to 8, 2022.

Under this program, the bank has been able to spread the message of financial literacy to more than 3,000 students by conducting Financial Literacy Program in various schools and colleges through all 7 province branches.

In the program, some students were also given practical information about the services provided by the bank by visiting the bank’s branch. In these programs, the youths were also made aware about important topics such as financial knowledge, skills, attitude, financial inclusion, safe digital transactions and the services and precautions to be adopted by the banks.

The bank currently serves more than 1.4 million customers, 133 branches, 4 extension counters, 7 regional offices and 163 ATMs across the country.

The bank, which has been providing state-of-the-art mobile, internet and SMS banking services through global network, has been providing its services from 33 collection centers for the government’s revenue collection. The bank has been providing its services by opening its representative office in New Delhi, India and other countries.
