Kathmandu. Narendra Dev Adhikari, who works as the assistant manager of Sunrise Bank, has filed a writ of certiorari against Sunrise Bank. The writ petition filed by Adhikari against Sunrise Bank’s central office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer Suman Sharma, the head of the human resources department, Kanchan Joshi and the board of directors.
A division bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Bal Krishna Dhakal of the Supreme Court (SC) has decided not to hear the case.
Adhikari had filed a writ against Sunrise Bank on Chaitra 4, 2078. In this case, sometimes a show cause order was issued and an order was issued to present it for a full hearing.
Earlier, the case was not heard on May 16, 2029, August 1, 2081, April 15, 2082 and September 25, 2083. Now the next hearing of the writ petition has been fixed for October 25, 2083.
