Kathmandu. A complaint has been received on BankingSansar.com BankingSansar.com that the employees working at Garima Bikas Bank are working for longer than the regular working hours. One of the aggrieved employees has complained that the bank management keeps the employees working for long hours even after the regular office hours are over.
According to the complaint, the employees are assigned overtime from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
“The long working hours have taken a toll on the physical and mental health of the employees and have also affected their family and personal lives,” he said.
The complainants have demanded a factual investigation by the concerned body whether such an act is in line with the prevailing labor laws of Nepal and the relevant rules and directives of the Nepal Rastra Bank. He has also demanded that the concerned labor bodies and regulatory bodies should conduct necessary investigation in this matter and make the real situation public.
