Kathmandu. Chairman of Himalayan Bank, Dr. Baikuntha Aryal. On Monday, August 15, Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Dr. Bishwanath Poudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Aryal.
A meeting of the board of directors of the bank had appointed former chief secretary Baikuntha Aryal as the chairman of the bank.
Aryal has also served as the Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal. Earlier, Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha was the chairman of the bank. His resignation was approved by the board of directors of the bank.
After the resignation was accepted, Baikuntha Aryal has been appointed as the chairman of the bank. See also:
