Kathmandu. Three persons have been arrested for stealing money from a bank account. The arrestees have been identified as Bir Bahadur Tamang, 19, of Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, Janam Tamang, 18, of Dolakha and Prajwal Rai, 18, of Khotang.
They have been arrested on the charge of robbing mobile phones and withdrawing money from their bank accounts.
A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested them.
According to the police, they robbed a person’s mobile phone, gave unauthorized access to digital wallet, reset the wallet and withdrew Rs 1,27,600 from his bank account.
