Kathmandu. Central Finance Company (CFC) is selling its promoter shares. The company has put up more than 12,000 promoter shares for sale from today.
The company has issued 12,421 units of shares in the name of promoter shareholder Nabin Prajapati. The company has given first priority to the existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of the shares.
The promoter shareholders can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Interested bidders can apply for the shares through the company’s head office at Kupandole, Lalitpur or through Share Registrar NMB Capital Markets.
