Morang District Katari Rural Municipality Ward No. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta has its central office in Ward No. 2 and Kohalpur Municipality Ward No. 2 of Banke district. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on March 28 between Unique Nepal Laghubitta, which has its headquarters in Kohalpur.
Also, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Board of Nepal, trading of shares of the basic shareholders of the company has been suspended until the AGM is held.
