Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has put its promoter shares up for sale. The bank is issuing 48,000 units of shares.
A total of 47,926.65 units shares of promoter group of the bank are up for sale.
Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares. The application should be submitted to the bank’s central office at Lazimpat, Kathmandu within 35 days.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if it does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders.
