Kathmandu. Global IME Bank has announced the distribution of dividends. The bank has announced to distribute 10 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the last financial year.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on September 3 has decided to distribute 10% dividend on its paid-up capital.
Out of the declared dividend, 4 percent is bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including tax). The dividend will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and will be distributed to the shareholders after it is approved by the bank’s next annual general meeting.
Global IME Bank, which has been recognized with many national and international awards for its modern technology and excellent customer service for its successful implementation, has been acceded with the title of “Bank of the Year 2014”, “Internet Bank 2016”, and “Best Bank Nepal 2024, 2025 and 2026”.
