Kathmandu. NMB Saral Savings Fund-E, a subsidiary of NMB Mutual Fund, has decided to provide 5.25 percent return to its unit holders for the financial year 2082-83. The tax is also included in the return.
According to NMB Capital Limited, the project manager, the unit holders who are valid till August 21 will get the benefit. The fund had closed the book on August 21 for the purpose of distributing the returns.
The fund has decided to distribute the return on the basis of the unit capital maintained for the financial year 2082/83. According to the fund, the amount will be deposited in the demat account of the concerned unit owner.
Similarly, in the case of the unit holders participating in the dividend reinvestment plan, tax will be deducted from the amount of return to be distributed as per the prevailing law. After tax deduction, the remaining amount will be used to purchase additional units. The details of the additional units so purchased will be reflected in the beneficiary account of the unit owner.
The fund has requested the unit owners who have not updated their bank account number in their beneficiary accounts to update their bank account details as soon as possible. According to the fund, it will be easier to deposit the return amount in the concerned account only after updating the bank account details.
