Panic in banking sector after floods: Some bankers out of contact, family, colleagues and bank management worried

Kathmandu. About 2,400 people are still out of contact after the severe floods in the Bhotekoshi area of Rasuwa on August 26. In such a situation, the news of the disappearance of some employees of the banking sector has worried the family, colleagues and the bank management.

The employees of the bank have also become incommunicado after the flood. The family members are wandering in search of relatives as the bank employees have not been able to contact them since the flood. The family has requested the government agencies to immediately intensify the search and rescue work.

Along with the family, the bank is also making necessary coordination in the search for the missing employee. The bank has made public the photos of the concerned employees and requested them to inform the nearest police office or the concerned branch of the bank if any information is received about them.
