Kathmandu. Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has started selling its shares from today. Issuing a notice, the microfinance company has issued 30,000 units of shares in the name of the promoter shareholders.
The shares are available for purchase by the existing promoter shareholders. The promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the shares can apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares from the corporate office of the company, Mahalaxmi 4, Lalitpur or at the share registrar Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-1, Nagpokhari, Naxal.
