Kathmandu. It has been revealed that the land of Chhayadevi Complex (Chhaya Center)} got a ‘clean chit’ 5 years ago. Singhsarth Bahu Garud Bhagwan Guthi has been revealed to have given a ‘clean chit’ in 2077 BS stating that there was no dispute over the land where the Shadow Center was constructed.
Guthi had issued a letter on October 11, 2020 clarifying that there was no dispute over the land of Chhaya Center.
Thus, on Chaitra 14, 1990, the land was constructed {TAG_CLOSE_span_18} in the name of Ambika Rana and Shankar Prasad TAG_CLOSE_span_16 TAG_OPEN_span_16 Shah.
On 18th Magh 2 TAG_OPEN_span_15 047, it was decided to transfer the plots of land {{TAG_CLOSE_span_15} in the name of Rana and Shah. However, the Guthi Sansthan had taken another decision on Chaitra 14, 1990 revoking the decision. Rana had filed a writ petition at the Patan Appellate Court against this decision.
In that case, the court upheld the earlier decision of the Guthi Sansthan and annulled the latest decision of the Sansthan.
A separate case was filed at the Kathmandu District Court against the Guthiars Thakali Rana against the appellate court’s decision.TAG_OPEN_span_13 During the hearing of the same case, the District Court had reached a settlement between the two parties on July 30, 2005. Since then, the Guthi had given a clean chit to the Chhayadevi TAG_CLOSE_span_12Complex on October 1 TAG_OPEN_span_12 2, 2017 stating that there was no dispute over the land.
